Mercer’s Health & Benefits Consulting team is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage our Digital Health clients and increase the utilization of our various solutions and platforms.
This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working at least three days a week in our office in Montreal, Ottawa or Toronto
As an Account Manager you will drive and manage utilization through our various Digital Health Solutions. You will lead and create the strategy around generating traffic through digital solutions, create awareness of all the solutions available to the clients and their employees, complete reporting and communications to supplement the conversations and manage any escalations that arise.
In addition, you will work collaboratively with the client consultants, communication teams, implementation leads, vendors and digital health leadership to help track, grow the proposition and maintain a long-standing relationship. 
We will count on you to:
- Continuously drive utilization through the health solutions chosen by the client
- Plan communication and rollout strategy at time of launch and ongoing for your clients 
- Work with vendors to help deliver on client expectations with the service
- Present to clients and employees as part of launch sessions and information meetings
- Present reporting and utilization data to clients and consultants to help show key indicators and identify areas of concern
- Manage any escalations or issues with the solutions to help maintain client satisfaction
- Collaborate with all stakeholders at all times from communications to consultants to implementation to vendors to ensure high client experience and all stakeholders are informed of progress 
- Listen to clients to understand how the proposition can grow and evolve to continue leading the market
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing and maintaining complex digital solutions in an innovative environment
- Proven experience maintaining and growing sustainable revenue streams 
- Track record of fostering strong, ongoing client relationships
- Experience in managing innovation solutions and listening to clients to understand their constantly evolving needs
- Ability to build and create materials necessary to succeed
- Understanding of stakeholder management and the various roles in maintaining a relationship both internally and externally
- Fluent in both English and French Canadian is necessary
