Account Manager, Baltics

Sandvik Coromant Finland is a sales company for Coromant products and services in the Baltic region. We are now looking for an Account Manager to be located in Lithuania. You will work remotely from your home office and at customer sites.

About the job
As an Account Manager, you will drive commercial activities, develop, grow, and maintain key customer relationships, and deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will execute account development strategies, promote our Total Value Chain Offer, and collaborate closely with Application Specialists and other internal teams to ensure customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Account Development Strategies to maintain, strengthen, and develop customer relationships.
• Create and implement Account Plans and Customer Value Plans aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Drive Sales Pipeline Management and deliver accurate forecasts using Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Total Solution Offers tailored to customer needs.
• Promote Manufacturing Wellness through efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and internal quality standards.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data and support strategic decision-making with market insights.

About you
You have a suitable degree and equivalent work experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field, and experience in sales management—preferably with engineering cutting tools or manufacturing. You have strong negotiation and project management skills, excellent communication and networking abilities, and a proven track record of delivering strong business results.

This position requires:

• Fluency in Lithuanian, Russian, and English (both written and spoken)
• Digital fluency and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365)
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively in Lithuania and occasionally in the region
