Role and Responsibilities

The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner to Amazon B2B, supporting them in effectively selling VXT software, LCD-signage, and HTV products to their customers. This role focuses on building strong relationships, enabling Amazon B2B's sales efforts, and ensuring their success in the marketplace by providing broad product knowledge, strategic guidance, and exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Account Manager will communicate key updates and account performance to executive management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon B2B, fostering a strong and collaborative partnership.
  • Provide Amazon B2B with insights into customer needs and market trends to enhance their sales strategies.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback from Amazon B2B promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge and Support

  • Maintain a broad understanding of VXT software, LCD-signage, and HTV products to support Amazon B2B's sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal product experts to provide Amazon B2B with accurate information and guidance.
  • Assist Amazon B2B in creating compelling product presentations and sales collateral.
  • Maintain and update product information in the Amazon Vendor Central system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Sales Enablement and Growth Strategy

  • Identify opportunities for Amazon B2B to expand their product offerings and increase sales through upselling and cross-selling VXT software, LCD-signage, and HTV solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help Amazon B2B achieve their sales targets and grow their customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide Amazon B2B with actionable insights for staying competitive.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track and analyze Amazon B2B's sales performance, including revenue growth, product adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account progress and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon B2B's policies and procedures while maintaining alignment with company standards.

Executive Communication

  • Communicate key account updates, performance metrics, and strategic insights to executive management.
  • Provide regular updates on account status, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with executives to align account strategies with broader business objectives.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver integrated solutions for Amazon B2B.
  • Facilitate regular strategy sessions with Amazon B2B to discuss account progress, address challenges, and plan for future growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Other duties assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of related experience in account management, preferably within the technology or B2B sectors.
  • Broad understanding of software, hardware, and related technologies (VXT software, LCD-signage, HTV).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to develop strategic account plans and interpret data.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Physical/Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to work 4 days in corporate office and 1 days in home office per week—home office will be considered for this role
  • 10-20% domestic travel

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,500 and $161,500.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
