Assist Senior Advisor in handling day-to-day client servicing tasks.
Prepare and process insurance documentation (quotations, proposals, slips, endorsements, certificates, schedules, renewal notices).
Coordinate with insurers for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems.
Follow up on outstanding documentation, premiums, and policy confirmations.
Support claims reporting and liaise with claims teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
Provide administrative support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and renewal summaries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Assist in client communication, including email correspondence, phone follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
Support marketing event and communicate with gallery, auction house, fair organization to promote Art proposition of HPW.
Valuation research when required
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Art, Business, Insurance, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in related art business, insurance, finance or client servicing (fresh graduates with strong interest in Art may be considered).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
