Account Executive, Digital & Publisher Media

Kuala Lumpur Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and driven Account / Campaign Executive to join our team. This dual role combines managing publisher relationships with overseeing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns to ensure strong performance and revenue growth.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital advertising, with the ability to turn ideas into impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned publisher accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement ad solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance reports, presenting findings to clients and suggesting improvement strategies to uplift publisher’s revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Google policies, and best practices to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.

Campaign Management

  • Understand the digital advertising industry and AnyMind Publisher’s solutions
  • Create proposals and media plans that are aligned with business goals (e.g. advertorial, social media, radio, online inventory, rich media format, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns, monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Negotiate media packages and build a long-term relationships with Publishers
  • Coordinate with internal sales team and operation team to cross sell Publisher packages, including customize proposals, create case studies or involve in client pitching to increase the conversion rate
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and developments, and competitors offerings

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising,  Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Understanding of Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdMob.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for the digital advertising industry.
