As a Business Analyst, you will engage directly with clients and business partners, translating their needs into actionable insights while supporting projects across all business units. Your mission is to build strong business relationships and facilitate implementation efforts that enhance our digital commerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with business partners, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge, to identify and articulate their needs.
● Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned.
● Support the development and enhancement of digital commerce products and services.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
● Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process.
● Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
● Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
