At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there.

A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone.

We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology to lead our global structured interviewing and interviewer enablement strategy. This role blends strategic program management with hands-on analytical execution — ideal for someone who can shape the vision, integrate data-driven solutions and design scalable systems.

You’ll manage the end-to-end creation and delivery of structured interviewing programs that ensure hiring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Science, People Analytics, Engineering, and Legal to bring evidence-based selection programs to life. This role is both a strategist and a builder, requiring comfort with ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and technical depth.

You Will:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for structured interviewing and interviewer enablement, defining the long-term vision while designing and scaling initiatives that empower hiring managers and interviewers to apply structured, high-quality techniques consistently.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that apply behavioral science, analytics, and change management to transform the hiring process and embed structured interviewing practices.
  • Develop and scale structured interview frameworks, rubrics, and enablement strategies that ensure consistency, fairness, and measurable impact. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations,  People Science, Legal, and other key partners to ensure alignment, compliance, and integration across systems.
  • Design and validate assessments and selection methods using robust psychometric and validation techniques to ensure reliability and predictive accuracy.
  • Apply mixed-methods approaches—including surveys, interviews, ethnographic observations, behavioral experiments, and environmental data—to inform structured interviewing and enablement strategies.
  • Query and analyze data in SQL, Python, or R to generate insights, identify trends, and guide program improvements. Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations, enabling both technical and non-technical audiences to make data-informed decisions.

You Have:

  • Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Economics, or a related quantitative social science, with 4+ years of experience in applied research, program management, or data-driven people science—ideally within a tech environment.
  • Proven expertise in assessment design and validation, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Technical fluency with analytical tools and data languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and the ability to partner effectively with data science and engineering teams.
  • Deep experience turning research and data insights into scalable, operational programs that enhance quality, fairness, and compliance in hiring.
  • End-to-end program management experience, from defining strategy and requirements through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that require strong change management and enablement skills—aligning stakeholders, driving adoption, and embedding new processes and behaviors across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • A passion for evidence-based talent practices and advancing fairness, consistency, and scientific rigor in hiring.

You Are:

  • A researcher. You have strong training in research design and both quantitative and qualitative methods. You’re confident executing studies, managing details, and ensuring rigor, supporting projects from design through implementation and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented. You take pride in high-quality work and have a sharp eye for accuracy, ensuring that analyses, documentation, and deliverables meet a high bar of precision and consistency.
  • A disciplined project manager. You excel at planning, prioritizing, and driving work to completion. You track milestones, anticipate dependencies, and ensure accountability across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
  • An independent driver. You take initiative, identify opportunities, and lead projects from start to finish with minimal oversight. You balance strategic thinking with a bias for execution.
  • Resilient and adaptable. You operate confidently in ambiguous environments, adjust quickly to change, and maintain momentum through uncertainty.
  • A collaborator and communicator. You build strong relationships across diverse teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions.
  • Curious and principled. You’re passionate about the user experience, evidence-based practices, and you’re always striving for continuous improvement.
